Who It's For

Athletes — Train the mental game that separates good from great, and carry it into the rest of your life.

Coaches — Lead with composure and give your team a shared language for pressure.

Parents — Become the steady presence that helps your young athlete grow, on the field and off.

One framework. Three ways in.  →  Learn the SPARK Method

The SPARK Method

SPARK Method

SPARK is a mental fitness framework that teaches the same skills for elite performance and everyday life. It’s not therapy or a quick fix — it’s a practical, proven system you can train like any other part of your game. Five pillars, each holding a growing library of skills that adapt by sport, age, and season.

•  S — Self-Awareness +  Notice what’s happening inside you, around you, and in your environment.

•  P — Plan  Put your energy where it counts: what you can actually control.

•  A — Action  Enter the moment with a steady, repeatable routine.

•  R — Review  Reflect in a way that builds you up, not tears you down.

•  K — Keep Growing  Build an identity bigger than any single result.

Grounded in CBT, DBT, ACT, sport psychology, Stoicism, and the warrior mindset.

WHY IT TRANSFERS

The pressure before a championship and the nerves before a big presentation are the same nervous system. Train your mind for one, and you’ve trained it for the other. That’s the heart of SPARK: every skill works on the field and in life.

I’m grateful for the moments on the podium. But what’s not listed here are all my losses — and there have been plenty. When I hit obstacles, I come back to the lesson at the heart of the warrior mindset: Fall Down 7, Get Up 8.
